DINING AT DESBARRES

You’ll savour every sensational bite when you dine with us at DesBarres Manor Inn. Proudly sourcing local ingredients, influenced by the seasons, our Chef Anna incorporates freshly caught fish, local berries, Nova Scotian Maple Syrup and of course a dash of our handcrafted spirits from our Authentic Seacoast Distillery & Brewery. Our menus have evolved over the years, with each rendition renewing our commitment to celebrating the best of the East Coast.

We invite you to take a table by our 1837 hearth fireplace or, in the summer, walk through the French doors to dine on our deck and gazebo looking over the peaceful grounds. We also have a secluded private dining room to accommodate groups of up to six, perfect for your most special occasions.

The DesBarres Manor Inn Dining Room is open to both guests of the inn and the general public during the Summer-Fall, with a reservation.

Food Service / Dining Hours

Continental Breakfast *For DesBarres Manor Guests only (included in your stay), during peak season.
Served daily, 8:00 am – 10:00 am

Dining Reservations: (*available to All Seacoast Stay Guests at the Yurts, DesBarres Manor Inn & Distillery House as well as Walk-In Guests). Dining reservations begin between 6-8 pm.

Peak Season: June 1 – October 15, each year.

Shoulder Season Policy: From October 16 – May 31 of each year, dining is only available for groups of 8 people or more by reservation.

We Roast Our Own Coffee

We roast our own Organic, Fairtrade and Kosher certified coffee, named Full Steam Coffee. You may have seen our bags at your local café or grocery store, or even tasted us. If not, now’s your chance! Greet your morning in the comfort of DesBarres Manor Inn with a hot cup of Full Steam Coffee, as you take in the view off our back deck! There’s always a hot pot brewing in the kitchen.
